Hotel Operations

Hotel Operations, led by the Hotel Director, is made up of multiple departments comprised of more than 100 different positions. It includes areas such as Dining Room, Quick Service, Crew Dining, Beverage, Galley, Hotel Stores, Housekeeping, Merchandise, Guest Services, Hotel Administration and Finance. This team ensures the United States Public Health (USPH) and Disney standards of cleanliness are maintained, while helping to facilitate a safe and efficient voyage for guests and crew members.

Shipboard Life

Living and working on a ship is a unique experience and is a completely different lifestyle than living on land. As a crew member, you will build relationships with people from a multitude of different countries, visit exciting destinations and create magical experiences for the families who sail with us. However, thriving in the fast-paced shipboard culture is about more than amazing adventures. You will need to adjust to living in a confined space, working demanding hours and having limited personal time.
